Painting at Finca Quixote

We vary our days depending on the time of year and what our painting holiday makers want.  In the summer it can be very hot by 2pm so we tend to start earlier in the day when it is still cool and then everyone can siesta in the afternoon.

With Barbara you will visit many scenic location.  We can choose either to paint there, to make an initial sketch, or to use a digital camera to take inspirational photographs to take back to the shade of Finca Quixote.

Barbara will assist you in developing your painting style so that at the end of your holiday you are able to take home some beutiful picture of the Axarquia.  (Do not forget to leave room in your case!)

Finca Quixote is one of the best places in the world to relax.

You can sit by the pool and read a book.  Alternatively Competa is a short drive away where you can sit in the square and watch the world go by.

Perhaps the goat heard will come by for a chat  "Muchas Calor" is normally the start of the conversation, as he heards his goats across our land on their daily circuit to find food.

If you feel energetic we can arrnage horse riding in the mountains, or you could slip down to the Mediteranean for a swim in the sea
