Q: Do I need to rent a car?
A:
You do not need to rent a car. Your holiday starts when you arrive at Finca Quixote. However we can arrange for transfers from Malaga airport and this will cost approximately thirty euros each way.
Barbara will be taking painting holiday makers to different venues each day.
Although Competa is about 3km from Finca Quixote along winding mountain roads it is a challenging walk particularly in the heat of the day.
However to fully experience the area a car of your own can be very useful.
It is possible to hire a small car at the airport from as little as £70 per week. With a car you will be able to explore the Axarquia.
Q: Are all meals included in the price?
A:
Your painting holiday price includes 7 nights accomodation, 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 6 dinners. Wine is included with your evening meal and tea, coffee or a cold drink is available throughout the day when you are painting.

Q: What facilities are there in Competa?
A:
Competa is a growing village. There are half a dozen or so restaurants, bars where you can get a meal or just watch the world go by while you drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine?
